Hardware Appliance Lifecycle and End-of-Life Policy
This document defines the End-of-Life (EOL) terms, policies, and timelines for hardware appliances sold by ExtraHop Networks, Inc. ("ExtraHop"). ExtraHop also offers subscription plans for customers who don't need a physical appliance, and hybrid physical-subscription plans for customers who need a more flexible hardware upgrade option. If you're interested in a subscription plan, please contact your ExtraHop sales representative.
