Poor VoIP Call Quality (Jitter)

A device experienced audio or visual issues during a VoIP call because they sent or received delayed Real-Time Protocol (RTP) packets with high jitter values. Jitter values that are above the normal threshold can indicate a larger variation in RTP packet arrival times caused by network congestion. Check if network issues are leading to poor VoIP call quality.
