A device experienced audio or visual issues during a VoIP call because they sent or received Real-Time Protocol (RTP) packets associated with a low Mean Opinion Score (MOS). Lower than normal MOS values can indicate delayed or lost RTP packets caused by network congestion and other factors. Check if network issues are leading to poor VoIP call quality.
