Stalled Data Transfer

There was an excessive number of TCP Flow Stalls Out, which are instances of three consecutive retransmission timeouts (RTOs) on a single flow of data sent from a device. A single RTO represents a 1-5 second delay on your network. This detection indicates that network congestion is resulting in slow or hung applications.
