About Arif
Arif is the CEO and President at ExtraHop Networks. Arif holds over 30 years of experience formulating and executing business and operational strategies to accelerate growth in the enterprise and technology markets.
Before joining ExtraHop, Arif served as President of Fluke Networks. During his tenure, the company focused on troubleshooting and monitoring of enterprise IT environments, data centers, and cloud and Wi-Fi networks with on-premise and SaaS solutions. In his six years as president, Arif helped Fluke Networks increase revenue to more than $350 million while considerably increasing operating margins. Arif also realigned and expanded the company's product portfolio to provide greater visibility across networks and cloud applications, improve the end-user experience, and increase business value. Arif also oversaw the acquisition and integration of Air Magnet and ClearSight Networks.
Previously, Arif was Vice President and General Manager of Tektronix and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Radisys. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
