Review of Slow Start metrics, which are the result of reduced connection throughput due to resizing of congestion windows.

Review of Dropped Segment metrics, packets that are lost en route between two devices and require retransmission and the devices/protocols that were impacted.
Zero Windows (L4)
Review of Zero Window metrics, indicating that of one side of a TCP conversation is overwhelming the other and the devices/protocols that were impacted.
Receive Window Throttles (L4)
Review of Receive Window Throttle metrics, when a device is trying to slow down the dataflow coming from a peer and the devices/protocols that were impacted by these throttles.
Bad Congestion Control (L4)
Review of Bad Congestion Control metrics, when devices receive RTOs with in-flight data more than twice the size of the prior congestion window.
RTOs (L4)
Review of RTO metrics, retransmission timeouts caused by congestion resulting in a 1-second to 8-second gap in the TCP conversation, and the devices/protocols that were impacted.
Out of Order (L4)
Review of Out of Order metrics, the number of packets that were sent out of order by a device.
Tinygrams (L4)
Review of Tinygram metrics, inefficient segmentation of TCP payload resulting in more packets on the network.
Nagle Delays (L4)
Review of Nagle Delay metrics, which is the delay caused by poor interaction between Nagle's Algorithm and delayed ACKs and the devices/protocols that were impacted.
TCP Flow Stalls (L4)
Review of TCP Flow Stall metrics, events that occur when the inbound device group was not responsive, and the devices/protocols that were impacted.
Unanswered SYNs (L4)
Review of Unanswered SYN metrics, retransmitted SYN packets sent to an unresponsive device in an attempt to initiate a connection.
