In February, Seattle Business Magazine named Palvi it's 2018 CFO of the Year in the annual Executive Excellence Awards. These annual awards honor senior executives across the state of Washington who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and initiative to help shape the success and growth of the businesses they serve. Mehta was recognized alongside executives from leading organizations in the Pacific Northwest including Starbucks, Amazon, and the Seattle Seahawks.

Mehta joined ExtraHop as CFO in 2011, a role to which she brought more than two decades of financial management experience with companies including Ernst & Young, RadioFrame Networks, and NewPath Networks. As CFO, Palvi manages the ExtraHop's financial strategy and execution, and she also plays a leadership role in driving operational efficiency and excellence across the organization.
Palvi's leadership extends into the broader community as well. She is a member of the board of directors of Code.org, for which she serves as treasurer. The organization's vision is for every student in every school to have the opportunity to learn computer science. Palvi helps Code.org advocate for increased participation by women and underrepresented students of color in computer science and other areas of STEM.
