Fourteen states and an additional 30 counties across the United States rely on Tyler's e-filing solution to streamline and simplify the judicial filing process for litigants and court officers. In order to grow the number of court systems and filings without having to significantly increase support staff, Tyler Technologies needed real-time insight into how their application was performing, how that performance was impacting end-users, and where the problem was originating.
