Seattle-Based ExtraHop Networks Honored with Prestigious Awards for Best Startup and Best Network Management, Monitoring and Testing Product
Seattle, WA – May 03, 2010 — ExtraHop Networks, a leading provider of network-monitoring solutions that help ensure that business-critical transactions do not fail, today announced that it has been awarded two Best of Interop awards, one in the category for Network Management, Monitoring and Testing for its new NetworkTimeout.com service and another award for Best Startup. Network Timeout is a free web service for offline packet analysis where IT professionals can upload packet captures, quickly identify issues, and collaborate with a community of network and application experts to discuss and share troubleshooting tips.The finalists for the 2010 Best of Interop Awards, including Cisco, Citrix, IBM, 3Com, and others, were hand-selected by the technology editors from InformationWeek Analytics. Over 100 candidates competed for Best of Interop in nine different categories. The judges selected the products they determined to have the greatest potential to impact and advance business technology efficiencies and help move the industry forward.
