We're pleased to kick off 2019 by introducing Aron Digumarthi, ExtraHop's new Vice President of Customer Success!
Putting our customers first has been a core value for ExtraHop since day one—we're a company founded by engineers, for engineers, after all; we do what we do because we've felt your pain and we care about helping you rise above it. This commitment has informed everything from product development to live events, and we're thrilled to bring Aron on board as a further testament to that value.
Aron joins a global Customer Success organization initially developed by our co-founder and Chief Customer Officer, Raja Mukerji, with the objective of advancing our core Customer Success strategy and deploying new programs to enhance the customer experience. He's been growing and leading Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support organizations across startups and enterprises for years—but in true ExtraHop form, he also has a background in software development. Aron has led ERP implementations, is well versed in big data analytics and rounds out his background with legal and quality systems expertise.
We've gathered a few more important tidbits to help you get to know our new VP of Customer Success:
Aron is an avid cyclist, space science geek, and tabletop gamer. (He's also a recent transplant from the San Francisco Bay Area, so please join us in gesturing at Seattle and saying, "Well, you've come to the right city.")
Unexpected Past Lives?
While he brings over a decade of experience with enterprise software and SaaS solutions to the table, Aron actually graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Rhetoric and Political Science—and then received his law degree from Santa Clara. Luckily, he recovered from practicing law after only a few years.
Aron has hit the ground running, and we've got a number of exciting new customer programs already in the works. We can't wait to see what 2019 will bring for us, you, and the whole ExtraHop community!
